10. Why?
The estate is like a government reserved area (GRA); it is fully serviced and well laid out – gated, fenced, with roads, drainages, electricity, security outposts, recreation parks, commercial corridor, playground, corner shops, etc.

Subscribers will simply move to site and build as every other thing required in terms of infrastructure are fully in place.

11. What does the price per plot entail?
The price of land as indicated above include the premium on land, development levies, survey fees, deed issuance fees and ground rent for one year. This means there are no added costs before subscribers take possession of their lands and commence construction works.

12. Is there a payment plan in place?
Yes, there are 3 options:
A. Option 1: Full payment with a discount of 7.5%
B. Option 2: 50% Down payment – The balance spread over a period of 6 month. A discount of 5% applies.
C. Option 3: Equal installment payment over a period of 12 months with a discount of 2.5%.

13. How soon can I start developing my plot?
Subscribers can commence the construction of their houses immediately full payment is made and deed of lease issued in their favor.

14. What is the timeline for completing the infrastructure in the Estate?
The project timeline is 24 months. Infrastructural development works will be ongoing during the project development period. Construction of subscriber’s house are to go on simultaneously.
