Products

The cost of a plot of land in the estate is N3.5million. The available payment plans are the following:

1. Full payment with a discount of 7.5%.
   
   
2. 50% Down payment – The balance spread over a period of 6 month. A discount of 5% applies.
   
   
3. Equal instalmental payment over a period of 12 months with a discount of 2.5%
